Our Business and Design Philosophy
We believe it is a privilege to provide you with a service.
We don't believe our business will succeed if we only work for you
one time. We are committed to developing a long standing business
relationship with you. Our
goal is to be "your" landscaper of choice. We are committed to providing you with a complete service
that is reliable and reasonably priced. We will never
ask you to pay the final bill until you are completely satisfied.
We will continually look for ways to improve your project and maximize
it's value. We will strive to do everything right the first
time. If we make a mistake you can depend on us to correct
the problem in a timely fashion. All work is guaranteed.
We will not start working on your property before 8:00 am unless
you authorize it. We will always stop working before 6:30
p.m. unless you authorize it. We will never work on a weekend
without your permission. We hire professionals. Our people
come from a variety of ethnic backgrounds bringing a wealth of diversity
to our craft. There will always be an English speaking foreman
on the job. Safety is top priority. All our people are
trained on site safety and equipment safety in their native languages.
If you plan to live in your home less than five years, we don't
recommend spending more than 20% of what you think the home will
sell for when you plan to sell. If you are planning to be
there for more than five years, I think its better to consider how
a the improvement project will impact your life style. While
budget is a constraint, using phased approach can enable you
to realize their dreams over a short period of time. Many
customers are able to use this approach and accomplish their goals
using operating cash opposed to equity financing. Additionally,
the phased approach allows your family to grow into the new landscape
validating what works and what doesn't from a functional point of
view. We believe it is best to spend the majority of your
landscape dollar on the back yard opposed to the front. Although
"curb appeal" is important, the family is likely to spend
more of its time in the back yard, so why not leverage the space
to its fullest and focus on the back.
This business is a closely held family business. We will
not allow the business to grow to the point where it looses its
personality and service level. Customers will always be able
to reach the owner. |
