Collaborative Design - Its always a good idea to start with the end in mind.  Knowing how things should look when your project is done is essential to preparing an dependable estimate of costs.  Our Collaborative Design Service is great for basic jobs where you are fairly sure of what you want and don't require a scale drawing.  You and our professional will discuss your ideas and make sure the ideas are viable for your site, growing conditions, and budget.  This service is free for the first hour and $65 for each hour beyond that.

Simple Design Service - Not all projects require the expertise of a Landscape Architect, Designer or Engineer.  This service is for the customer who has several ideas but wants a professional to spend time discussing the viability of the ideas and take responsibility for preparing a near scale drawing, a logical phase work plan, and estimate of cost and schedule.  We charge $300 for this service, which includes: the initial meeting, the preparation of the drawing, plans and estimate, and presentation of the drawing, plans and estimate.  If you hire Livable Landscapes for the project within thirty days, we'll credit the $300 fee to the project.

Complete Design Service - Some projects are very complex and require the expertise of Architects and Engineers.  We have a network of professional Architects, Designers, and Engineers capable of handling the most sophisticated jobs.  These services are priced on a project basis ranging from $800 - $10,000 and up.
